Acceptable Use Terms for Client’s Authorised Users
In order to access and use the Envoy English language assessment platform (Envoy), IDP Education Limited (We or Our) require that authorised users of Our clients (You or Your) agree to these Acceptable Use Terms (Terms). By accessing or otherwise using Envoy, You agree to comply with these Terms. Please ensure that You carefully read and familiarise yourself with them. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in Your access to and use of Envoy being suspended or revoked.
(a) You must ensure that any content that You upload to Envoy (Client Content):
doesn’t breach any applicable laws;
doesn’t violate the legal rights of any person,
and you have all necessary rights and authorities to upload Client Content to Envoy.
(b) You are and shall remain at all times fully and solely responsible for Client Content.
2.1 Envoy is made available worldwide to all persons, regardless of age, gender, race, nationality, or religion, but it is not recommended to persons under 16 years of age.
2.2 You must not do, attempt to do, or facilitate any third party to do any of the following:
(a) use Envoy in any manner:
to store or transmit material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, offensive, or discriminatory;
that circumvents, disables, or otherwise interferes with any security-related features of Envoy; or
that restricts or inhibits the use or enjoyment of Envoy by any other person.
(b) sell, commercialise, or distribute Envoy to any third party without our prior written consent;
(c) use Envoy or any information or content made available to You in connection with Envoy for any purpose of than as expressly set out in these Terms without IDP’s prior written approval;
(d) copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, republish, download, display, transmit, distribute or otherwise deal in any intellectual property rights in all or any portion of Envoy or any information or content made available to You in connection with Envoy in any form or media or by any means; register or seek to register any intellectual property right, security interest, domain name or business name in or similar to Envoy;
(e) attempt to de-compile, reverse compile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise reduce to human-perceivable form all or any part of Envoy; or
(f) use any robot, spider, site search or retrieval application, or any other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, data-mine, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of Envoy or any information or content made available to You in connection with Envoy.
We reserve the right to update these terms, remove any Client Content, or to suspend or revoke Your access to or use of Envoy at any time without notice and for any reason.
